Late check outs available were possible if no guests are checking in to your apartment.

Apartment, Kitchen, Linen & Towels, DVD, TV, Cleaning, Tax and Services
Price Excludes
Laundry services (Charges May Apply).
Cancellation Policy
From To Cancellation Fee
Cancellations or changes made within 3 days of the check in date are subject to a 1 night room and tax penalty. Cancellations or changes made within 2 days of the check in date are subject to 10% penalty.

Reservation, Modification and Cancellation Request
Once the reservation is confirmed and the down payment is received, a voucher will be issued. This voucher must be printed and given to us on check-in.
Once the reservation is confirmed, any modification or cancellation request must be made through
NewYorkEscape.com by phone (+1 305 7286261 ), by email or by online form but is subject to the above calcellation policy.
We confirm your booking and send full directions by e-mail after booking is confirmed.
Any questions regarding your reservation can be send to us via e-mail or you can phone us if you have an urgent question.
Liability & Contract
Once the reservation is confirmed, any modification or cancellation request must be made by phone (+1 305 7286261), by email, by fax (+1 347 287 6978) or by online form. Links to these forms will always be clearly marked in the e-mailed confirmation voucher. Modification or Cancellation requests will only be considered valid if made using this method.
Once the reservation is confirmed and the down payment is received, a voucher will be issued. This voucher must be printed and shown to the accommodation provider. If the voucher will not be shown to the accommodation provider, the accommodation provider reserves the right to vary prices & conditions applied in the voucher.

Maximum guests per room/unit/apartment is 4.
Credit Card is charged a booking deposit of 10% of the total booking..
No price or reservation is guaranteed until we confirm your reservation by e-mail.
